Formalism, infused righteousness and antinomianism

Formalism is a form of godliness, that denies the very power of God unto salvation.  For the Gospel message is not embraced through faith, but unbelief.  A doubt in Jesus Christ‘s completed work of salvation. And seeks to earn God’s favour by the merits of one’s good deeds to receive justification.

Wherefore, there’s no relationship with God, where the heart rejoices joyfully and lovingly to serve and worship God through faith; but miserably obeys without love in high esteem of whom he hates. As a means for self preservation.

Infused righteousness is instead of being justified by faith it’s believed to be justified by the deeds of the law. And sanctification not the work of the Holy Spirit in us, but by one’s own performance of good works and daily confessions of sin.

Antinomianism is against the law of God by keeping a law on to one’s own self. A self governing law, which is according to the individual’s ethical standards of righteousness, merit, capacity and reason. A law liberated from the law of God to live lawlessly in rebellion against His law.
