Deep rooted trauma caused by inexplicable pain can cause us to be caught up in the complexities of self. Especially, because of our sinful nature. Causing us to naturally desire the control of our situations and the circumstances which surround it, how we are perceived and how we expect others to function.
Entangled with each intricate issue, we desperately need Jesus Christ’s wonderful counsels and His healing. To unravel each problem so we can receive His healing.
Our self analysis of our issues is sinful. We do not only strive to solve our issues by ourselves on our own strength without God, but lack the wisdom to spiritually discern how our issues can be solved. If God knows us better than we know ourselves than God is the one who can honestly help us alone. The devil keeps us wallowing in our pain and misery. Due to pride.
People who may judge and compare others with whatever standard they measure with will certainly be no difference to those who they make their judgments either for or against. Unforgiveness nurtures our hurt, while praises from others uplifts the ego to compensate for the hurt we feel deep down inside. To feel good and to be validated. Either way it is to ignore both.
All praises, honour and glory belongs to God alone, not us. We will become narcissistic, megalomaniacs control freaks because it’s not for us. And the judgmental attitude of people will unavoidably keep us down.
Demonstrating man must not be subjected to the thoughts and opinions of other’s, but God’s. For God stays the same. But man is inconsistent and sometimes caught between 2 opinions.
We need to have faith in God by every word that proceeds from His mouth. Letting go of self, and cling to His divinity. Freely allowing His Spirit to naturally flow in all aspects of our lives with no hindrance. Where He is free to work in and through us. And to freely work everything out for good. No longer believing that it us, which has to be always in control.
