The Heart still Uncircumcised

If we do not start with Justification by faith we are lost. The Spirit of adoption is not received; and therefore, have not the inward witness of the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Knowing not the peace of God. And the experience of His love in the heart. Wherefore, one does not see themselves as a son or daughter who belongs to God nor do they see God as their Heavenly Father who loves them. But lives with a sense of alienation from God and estrangement. Having no peace with Him.

Good deeds automatically become the incentive for justification. The conscience is not rendered free from the guilt and shame of sin, but still is a slave to it. Fear becomes the motivating factor to perform godliness.

And are hypocrites nonetheless, enemies of God’s law who are without love, and eager to judge others. Having no care to ascertain what God’s will and purpose is according to His word. But blends christian ethics with worldly expectations to be seen as a moral upstanding individual, while not going against societal norms.

The imposition of the will is inevitably forced against God to do what one wants. And calling it God’s will. The will is also imposed unto others irrespective of their own choices. Arrogantly, asserting its dominance, and tends to be condescendingly patronising. Due to the sinful nature. Treating others in a manner which may seem kind and helpful, but in a demeanour to demonstrate their superiority as they belittle them.

It always has to be in control and knows what to do and what others should do. It always has to be right, and cannot be told it is wrong. It loves to tell others what to do and how they should think. It cannot be told no. And cannot find any rest. Neither is able to let self go to rest in the will of God. Exhibiting behavioural issues to even go as far as to act as a usurper of conscience.

The heart needs to be transformed by The power of God’s love through faith. Where God can be loved knowing His love. And His love reciprocated back to Him in the same depth He gives to us. Which is His all. Loving Him with all our mind, heart , soul, spirit and strength. Radically changing us from the inside out all over again and making us a new creation.  Amen

Since 2010, I've experienced promptings, encouragement as well as assistance from the Holy Spirit. The promptings led me to the word of God. This was the start of my own personal journey as I sought after the truth. God was then calling me as I sought after the truth according to His word. The truth was leading me to the decision to give my life to Him. I gave my life to God on the 28th of January 2012. Instantly, I had the desire to share with others the truth of God, that God is a God of love, truth, righteousness, holiness, mercy and justice. I couldn't keep something like this to myself in a lost and dying world, a world in a fallen state, and a world steeped in confusion concerning the view of who God is. My journey wasn't without struggle though, I realised through suffering we come to know God. To not only be humble, but to be empathic and not detached from people who are suffering. Sometime in 2012, God inspired me to become a writer just after my prayer to fulfill my purpose, the purpose of the reason of my existence. My prayer was a reflection of Isaiah 43:1-7. So I started writing essays pertaining to His word. I shared what I wrote with my family and friends. Therefore, the aspiration to help people globally, came with the realisation to give God the honour and the glory. To be part of making a difference. The inspiration to start blogging was impressed upon me to do. Through prayerful guidence, I believe God has led me to this point, which I believe is for His glory.
