The Serpent’s lie

Spiritualism is the notion that the soul is immortal because men are gods. Possessing god like abilities that could only be reached through forbidden knowledge. Forbidden knowledge is by sin one can obtain immortality, and wisdom to discern as a god, distinguishing good from evil. Due to this notion that the soul is immortal, it’s believed life continues after death. People communicate with the dead, seeking guidance and understanding. It is the lies of the serpent from the garden of Eden told to Eve. The serpent said against God’s command, you shall not die, for God knows the day that you eat thereof, your eyes will be open and be as gods, knowing good and evil. He inverted (twist) the truth to imply God to be a liar. Hiding something from them, when in actual fact it was him and not God.

Luciferians, satanist, gnostics, spiritualist, new agers and almost all of Christianity believe in the immortality of the soul. But God alone possesses Immortality not man. God’s says, the soul that sins shall die; and the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life. Immortality could only be given by God to the righteous. When Jesus Christ comes back, He will give His people the gift of eternal life, immortality.

In Christendom most believe the wicked burn forever and ever. But if the wicked rejects the free gift of God, through His Son Jesus Christ, then how do they live eternally? Most think because it says, the wicked will burn in everlasting fire in the Bible, they will burn throughout eternalty. But it also uses the same language for Sodom and Gomorrah in Jude 1:7. Therefore, it must mean the perpetual state of something that has been completely destroyed by fire. For Sodom and Gomorrah is not burning now. If it was, then they would be known as the infamous burning cities of the world. And they also believe, as soon as a godly person dies they are automatically translated to paradise or heaven. It is believed because Christ said to the thief, “Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.” Luke 23:43. But Jesus said to Mary, “Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God.” John 20:17. How can Jesus be with the thief in heaven and not be with the thief in heaven at the same time, if He has not yet ascended to the Father which is in heaven? Could it mean Christ was saying, truly I say to you today, you will be with me in paradise, and not you will be with me in paradise today? Thus, it would have to mean truly I say to you today, you will be with me in paradise to be consistent with the fact that He had not yet ascended to the Father.

Ecclesiastes 9:5-6 says it plainly, regarding the state of the dead.” 5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. 6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun.” Now If The dead are dead beyond reasonable doubt, what or who are people speaking to? People are communicating with familiar spirits, demons masquerading as dead love ones. The Bible strictly forbids anyone to consult familiar spirits. Deuteronomy 18:11.

Let us not be ensnared by seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. May God’s word be hidden in our hearts, and His word tell us what truth is for it is truth. Our hope and salvation is only in Jesus Christ according to His word. We must therefore, stay away from the spiritual movement of the world and its practices. The enemy of our soul is leading many astray. Enticing them with the same lies he told Eve. We can’t think, we don’t need God , we can be our own gods; because without God and His word we are nothing. God help every single one of us know the truth.
