Strange Women

The vanity of women has cause them to exchange natural beauty for artificial beauty. Beauty that is base on a subjective social construct regarding sexual attraction.  

Therefore, beauty is redefined to mean sexy. Women have become objects of sexual desire. This is completely superficial (shallow). To care more about how you look, then what is on the inside. To put aesthetics before the content of character. While most of these women look appealing, they are internally hideous.

In ancient pagan civilisations, the sexuality of women was worshipped. E.g. Aphrodite, Venus and Rati. Aphrodite was the Greek goddess of promiscuity. The word aphrodisiac is derived from her name. Venus was the Roman goddess of love, sex, beauty and fertility. And Rati in Hinduism is the goddess of carnal desire, lust and sexual pleasure. There were idles of sexuality, sexual desire, promiscuity and fertility. Their images were vulgar, and they were often pornographically depicted. And they also, wore sensual clothing to cause sexual enticement.

Today real women have replaced those material idles. They are worshipped as goddesses. Spiritually misleading others into false worship, and have become the downfall and stumbling block for many men and women.  

In the book of Proverbs, Solomon identifies these women. He calls them evil and strange.  He describes them as seducers, beautiful, hypnotic and whorish. They are also described as a gold ring in a swine’s snout. It’s said, a woman without discretion is like a gold ring in a swine’s snout. Implying they are beautiful, but without good moral judgement.

It’s states in 1 kings 11:1, that he married many strange women. So he is speaking from experience. These women were instrumental through leading him and his kingdom into idolatry against God. Corrupting themselves, doing unspeakable evils. They are not only Biblically known to use their sexuality as a means for money and adulatory, but to lead men astray into the sin of idolatry. Sexual sin is a sin against your own flesh. First it weakens critical thinking to silence the conscience, then it physically bonds you to the person who espouses immoral views. That person then has an influence of how you perceive truth. For it is written, whoever lays with a whore becomes one with her, for the two shall become one flesh.

Both men and women need to look to God, instead of idolising the sexuality of women. Carnal lust will never satisfied the deep longing of the soul. Men need to look to God for the ultimate satisfaction. The satisfaction that comes by knowing the love of God deep within the heart. And women need to seek the validation of God’s love, not validation in excessive admiration of others concerning how they look, for there is no satisfaction.
