What does it mean to live by Faith?

Faith is not the confidence in yourself or your own doing. Faith is the confidence in God, and in His doing; because of His word. It’s to live by faith with the confidence in His will and purpose in accordance to His word. “For faith comes by hearing, and hearing the word of God.” Romans 10:17

And the confidence in Him, working all things out for our good inspite of the darkness.
Even though we don’t know how. Due to the fact of not being able to see the invisible workings of His hands. But having faith that God has a plan and a purpose for our lives.

The moment we question how God will work things out is when we start to doubt, which is the opposite of faith, and therefore, what naturally proceeds from it is worrying to the point of transgression. For whatever is without faith is a sin. And without faith it’s impossible to please God. Therefore, the just shall live by faith, Romans 14:23, Hebrews 11:6 and Hebrews 10:38.
